Semi-Private Core Fitness Classes Core Classes fuse beneficial elements of Pilates, Yoga & traditional core training with resistance work for a comprehensive core workout. Emphasis is placed on proper form, alignment, stabilization & strenthening of the core. Various equipment is utilized to achieve a rewarding exercise experience. Join us in a private studio setting. A maximum of 4 clients are permitted per class to ensure a comfortable experience. As the instructor of a semi-private class, I can more effectively supervise each client & provide timely guidance.
